  • For defective items, send photographic evidence of the issue via email or WhatsApp within 10 days of purchase.

2. Pack the Product

  • Once approved, you will pack the product. Please ensure the product is packed properly to avoid damage during return shipping.

3. Ship the Product

  • Send the product to the address provided by our team using a reliable courier service.

Return Shipping for Exchanges

  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong size, color, or a damaged/defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the exchange is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
