Order Processing
- Orders placed on Sundays or Pakistan’s National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
Delivery Timeframe
- The estimated average Delivery time (after the order is dispatched) across Pakistan is 2 to 4 working days for the major cities. For remote areas delivery can take longer.
- You are requested to be available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you. Timely delivery is subjected to availability of the articles and order confirmation.
- During sale period, both order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
Advance Payment Requirements
- If you canceled or did not receive your previous order for any reason, an advance payment of Rs. 500 will be required for your next order.
- For orders over Rs. 15,000, a 10% advance payment is mandatory.
Delivery Information
- We deliver to the home or office address you provide during checkout.
- Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
- All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
- We will make at least two delivery attempts to the address you provided.
